GBStarted off really well Started off really well. Then I lost my rep and inside staff and I literally have no one to talk to. Only communication now is a faceless message and I’ve asked for callbacks for assistance. My reps are no longer with the company. Both left and when I asked who they were replaced with, I wasn't given any info. I'm in Northern Nevada.

GBPoor Customer Service Our long-time Thryv rep resigned and the company did not inform us. It took a couple of months and a few emails to locate someone who was able to cancel our digital services. Thryv even missed sending us a statement one month due to a technical error, but made sure we received that invoice when we cancelled after years of using their services. It's a large company and its customers are merely numbers.

GBTerrible online presence I’ve been a customer forever and after all these years my company doesn’t even come up when searching for it in my specific town. I’m also tired of paying 3 different bills to 3 different invoices since you’ve taken over other companies. I only get less than 3 calls a year based on your advertising for me

I love that I can schedule social media to so many different platforms right from my dashboard. I can track sales, orders sync right to my Google calendar, send out marketing emails or text messages. The customer service is beyond amazing. I can call anytime day or night and get help. I am so thankful for how THRYV has improved te ease of my business.
