GBFalse promises We contracted with Thryv in an effort to increase new patient flow through their "Leads campaign", and to iincrease website traffic through an SEO campaign. In interviewing them before contracting, we were assured of over 50 new patients entering the practice from the leads campaign, we were also assured that if we decided to move on away from Thryv that our updated website they hosted was ours to move. Based on their promises, we signed up for a 6 month commitment starting in Oct 2023, ending March 2024. This campaign cost over 20k. These campaigns were a complete bust, we started getting really weird phone calls from out of state numbers asking to be seen after hours and no way to pay. Meanwhile, not one patient referenced being at our practice from the leads campaign efforts on social media or from our website. Overall, our new patient flow did not increase at all. When confronted on the lack of any meaningful response to the campaign, we were told it was a lack of conversion from incoming phone calls...total lies. When our contract ended, we shut it down the day it was over, as we were trying to move our website to a new hosting company we were informed that the changes made through Thryv were proprietary and we could not move the website to a new host, another lie we were told. Worst experience marketing I've had in 30 years of practice, Thryv did not give us any credit back towards additional marketing financially or with additional time committed SEO or Leads despite absolutely failing on all objectives. This was an absolute nightmare. Don't go near this company, you will regret it...

GBUnhappy with billing process Billing has been separated into two different entities. I now receive two separate invoices paid to two different addresses. I have to write two different checks, one of them being for less than $2 a month. It's a very inconvenient process. I'm busy enough without having to take the extra steps to pay them. Will probably not renew our advertising next year.

GBThryv l DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD!ead me to believe their CRM was… Thryv lead me to believe their CRM was capable of organizing my marketing campaigns on various social medias. That was not the case and the sales rep said that I could cancel anytime. After a few months, I called to cancel and the rep said I was locked into some type of 6 month agreement. After 15 minutes of back and forth I was able to cancel without being charged a final month because I did not give 30 days notice in writing. The next month I get a cancellation email and I thought that was the last of it. I just received a $9.00 invoice for 24/7 customer support! I have no clue why they keep charging my account but I want nothing to do with this company any longer. Stop charging my card! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD!

GBThe people make the difference … The people make the difference Jennifer Koly Erik Pulliam, Christie Hathcock, and Christina Rodriquez are great. We have grown 20% a year the past 4 years! Scheduling, able to put out an announcement/message once a month and able to send estimates/invoices all in one is great.
