The best customer service! We are very happy with Thryv! My sales person is always available to help with any questions I have. The team is very friendly and helpful and give clear instructions. Easy to request website changes, and they are prompt in providing these changes. Various packages so it fits your specific needs, and as your company grows, you can add various programs to your existing account, to continue your company growth. Reasonably priced for the service we receive.

It took several months for your company… It took several months for your company to auto debit my account. I didn't change anything, you just started sending a paper bill stating I was pass due,how poor /sorry is that.Then I had to spend several hours of conversation to give you what you should have kept on record. A Very disappointed customer.

The people make the difference … The people make the difference Jennifer Koly Erik Pulliam, Christie Hathcock, and Christina Rodriquez are great. We have grown 20% a year the past 4 years! Scheduling, able to put out an announcement/message once a month and able to send estimates/invoices all in one is great.

Terrible online presence I’ve been a customer forever and after all these years my company doesn’t even come up when searching for it in my specific town. I’m also tired of paying 3 different bills to 3 different invoices since you’ve taken over other companies. I only get less than 3 calls a year based on your advertising for me

Poor Customer Service Our long-time Thryv rep resigned and the company did not inform us. It took a couple of months and a few emails to locate someone who was able to cancel our digital services. Thryv even missed sending us a statement one month due to a technical error, but made sure we received that invoice when we cancelled after years of using their services. It's a large company and its customers are merely numbers.
