GBI feel I was over promised and they… I feel I was over promised and they under delivered. I was using Thryv for over a year, and throughout the year items changed which caused issues and when calling to have fixed I received attitudes and no callbacks. I used their DocuSign feature for all of my clients and the clients had to get a code from a phone in order to open the documents that was just one of four issues. I also use the credit card feature they charge my client 2.9% and then charged me 2.9% at the higher rate to me that is double dipping this was never explained when I signed up for, when I called to ask the answer I got was this is the way it happens.

GBExcellent Sales Rep, but that's All Excellent Sales Rep, very Friendly and somewhat responsive. Paid for 6 months, couldn't even get Google verified. Terrible support team, absolutely ZERO business development after paying $450 monthly for 6 months. Save your money, don't try them. You will regret it. GBTheives For years their representative contacted us prior to renewal so that we could make changes etc. This year they automatically renewed for 18 months, billing the entire amount, and not allowing us to cancel even though we are closing the business. They have a procedure to redress this but we don't meet the criteria. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

GBFor a year I used and loved Thryv For a year I used and loved Thryv. It was a little expensive for my small business but it made life so much easier it was worth it. I used the group text which still works well and the reason this is not one star. The social media posting which I hate now and the thryv pay which no longer charges the customer the fee. So I am now looking for options to save the almost $2500 I spend on Thryv on something else. You had a great service but not what I want anymore. I would stay if the amount was adjusted but it's just not worth it to be frustrated.

Scheduling, able to put out an announcement/message once a month and able to send estimates/invoices all in one is great.
