GBI feel I was over promised and they… I feel I was over promised and they under delivered. I was using Thryv for over a year, and throughout the year items changed which caused issues and when calling to have fixed I received attitudes and no callbacks. I used their DocuSign feature for all of my clients and the clients had to get a code from a phone in order to open the documents that was just one of four issues. I also use the credit card feature they charge my client 2.9% and then charged me 2.9% at the higher rate to me that is double dipping this was never explained when I signed up for, when I called to ask the answer I got was this is the way it happens.

GBExcellent Sales Rep, but that's All Excellent Sales Rep, very Friendly and somewhat responsive. Paid for 6 months, couldn't even get Google verified. Terrible support team, absolutely ZERO business development after paying $450 monthly for 6 months. Save your money, don't try them. You will regret it. GBThryv l DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD!ead me to believe their CRM was… Thryv lead me to believe their CRM was capable of organizing my marketing campaigns on various social medias. That was not the case and the sales rep said that I could cancel anytime. After a few months, I called to cancel and the rep said I was locked into some type of 6 month agreement. After 15 minutes of back and forth I was able to cancel without being charged a final month because I did not give 30 days notice in writing. The next month I get a cancellation email and I thought that was the last of it. I just received a $9.00 invoice for 24/7 customer support! I have no clue why they keep charging my account but I want nothing to do with this company any longer. Stop charging my card! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD!

GBStarted off really well Started off really well. Then I lost my rep and inside staff and I literally have no one to talk to. Only communication now is a faceless message and I’ve asked for callbacks for assistance. My reps are no longer with the company. Both left and when I asked who they were replaced with, I wasn't given any info. I'm in Northern Nevada.
