I feel I was over promised and they… I feel I was over promised and they under delivered. I was using Thryv for over a year, and throughout the year items changed which caused issues and when calling to have fixed I received attitudes and no callbacks. I used their DocuSign feature for all of my clients and the clients had to get a code from a phone in order to open the documents that was just one of four issues. I also use the credit card feature they charge my client 2.9% and then charged me 2.9% at the higher rate to me that is double dipping this was never explained when I signed up for, when I called to ask the answer I got was this is the way it happens.

I am requesting you cancel the… I am requesting you cancel the newdirectionsrv campsite website and return my money and stop stealing from my bank account please. You never completed the domain or ads, i have gotten go daddy to launch it and i no longer need your services.Plus you did not have authorization to take 298.00 from my bank on1/29/2024, SO PUT IT BACK OR I WLL SUE. Theives For years their representative contacted us prior to renewal so that we could make changes etc. This year they automatically renewed for 18 months, billing the entire amount, and not allowing us to cancel even though we are closing the business. They have a procedure to redress this but we don't meet the criteria. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
