GBTheives For years their representative contacted us prior to renewal so that we could make changes etc. This year they automatically renewed for 18 months, billing the entire amount, and not allowing us to cancel even though we are closing the business. They have a procedure to redress this but we don't meet the criteria. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

GBThe people make the difference … The people make the difference Jennifer Koly Erik Pulliam, Christie Hathcock, and Christina Rodriquez are great. We have grown 20% a year the past 4 years! Scheduling, able to put out an announcement/message once a month and able to send estimates/invoices all in one is great.

GBThryv l DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD!ead me to believe their CRM was… Thryv lead me to believe their CRM was capable of organizing my marketing campaigns on various social medias. That was not the case and the sales rep said that I could cancel anytime. After a few months, I called to cancel and the rep said I was locked into some type of 6 month agreement. After 15 minutes of back and forth I was able to cancel without being charged a final month because I did not give 30 days notice in writing. The next month I get a cancellation email and I thought that was the last of it. I just received a $9.00 invoice for 24/7 customer support! I have no clue why they keep charging my account but I want nothing to do with this company any longer. Stop charging my card! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD!

GBIt took several months for your company… It took several months for your company to auto debit my account. I didn't change anything, you just started sending a paper bill stating I was pass due,how poor /sorry is that. Then I had to spend several hours of conversation to give you what you should have kept on record. A Very disappointed customer.
