Terrible support team, absolutely ZERO business development after paying $450 monthly for 6 months. Save your money, don't try them. You will regret it. THRYV makes running my small business easier. I have been using Thryv since July 2022. I own a small family owned and operated balloon business. I have used THRYV to improve processes in my business work flow. I am constantly changing things to make my work life more simple. THRYV is wonderful for all facets of my business. I love that I can schedule social media to so many different platforms right from my dashboard. I can track sales, orders sync right to my Google calendar, send out marketing emails or text messages. The customer service is beyond amazing. I can call anytime day or night and get help. I am so thankful for how THRYV has improved te ease of my business. I am always working to refine, I never just set and forget, but you definitely could, because it is so easy.

Started off really well Started off really well. Then I lost my rep and inside staff and I literally have no one to talk to. Only communication now is a faceless message and I’ve asked for callbacks for assistance. My reps are no longer with the company. Both left and when I asked who they were replaced with, I wasn't given any info. I'm in Northern Nevada.
