They have done a fantastic job, but the person who has been the most incredible is my rep Laura B. She has raised the threshold for customer service and follow-through and has gone above and beyond for us. She truly made our experience!

Poor Customer Service Our long-time Thryv rep resigned and the company did not inform us. It took a couple of months and a few emails to locate someone who was able to cancel our digital services. Thryv even missed sending us a statement one month due to a technical error, but made sure we received that invoice when we cancelled after years of using their services. It's a large company and its customers are merely numbers.
