After that, it was one "company" after another that promised to fix my website and maximize my online presence. I finally met Cheryl Montgomery from Thryv who showed me a cost effective way to do all of the things I wanted to do with my online presence, and more.

Excellent Sales Rep, but that's All Excellent Sales Rep, very Friendly and somewhat responsive. Paid for 6 months, couldn't even get Google verified. Terrible support team, absolutely ZERO business development after paying $450 monthly for 6 months. Save your money, don't try them. You will regret it. Thryv l DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD!ead me to believe their CRM was… Thryv lead me to believe their CRM was capable of organizing my marketing campaigns on various social medias. That was not the case and the sales rep said that I could cancel anytime. After a few months, I called to cancel and the rep said I was locked into some type of 6 month agreement. After 15 minutes of back and forth I was able to cancel without being charged a final month because I did not give 30 days notice in writing. The next month I get a cancellation email and I thought that was the last of it. I just received a $9.00 invoice for 24/7 customer support! I have no clue why they keep charging my account but I want nothing to do with this company any longer. Stop charging my card! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD!

Theives For years their representative contacted us prior to renewal so that we could make changes etc. This year they automatically renewed for 18 months, billing the entire amount, and not allowing us to cancel even though we are closing the business. They have a procedure to redress this but we don't meet the criteria. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
