GBI spent $5k to learn "Let People Do… I spent $5k to learn "Let People Do What They Do. You Do What You Do." After that, it was one "company" after another that promised to fix my website and maximize my online presence. I finally met Cheryl Montgomery from Thryv who showed me a cost effective way to do all of the things I wanted to do with my online presence, and more.

GBStarted off really well Started off really well. Then I lost my rep and inside staff and I literally have no one to talk to. Only communication now is a faceless message and I’ve asked for callbacks for assistance. My reps are no longer with the company. Both left and when I asked who they were replaced with, I wasn't given any info. I'm in Northern Nevada.

GBTheives For years their representative contacted us prior to renewal so that we could make changes etc. This year they automatically renewed for 18 months, billing the entire amount, and not allowing us to cancel even though we are closing the business. They have a procedure to redress this but we don't meet the criteria. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

GBPoor Customer Service Our long-time Thryv rep resigned and the company did not inform us. It took a couple of months and a few emails to locate someone who was able to cancel our digital services. Thryv even missed sending us a statement one month due to a technical error, but made sure we received that invoice when we cancelled after years of using their services. It's a large company and its customers are merely numbers.

GBWorking with Thryv has been a truly… Working with Thryv has been a truly remarkable experience. I already had a decent knowledge base of SEO, websites, and target marketing, but I was surprised at how much I learned from Thryv. They have done a fantastic job, but the person who has been the most incredible is my rep Laura B. She has raised the threshold for customer service and follow-through and has gone above and beyond for us. She truly made our experience!
