I already had a decent knowledge base of SEO, websites, and target marketing, but I was surprised at how much I learned from Thryv. She has raised the threshold for customer service and follow-through and has gone above and beyond for us. She truly made our experience!

GBI feel I was over promised and they… I feel I was over promised and they under delivered. I was using Thryv for over a year, and throughout the year items changed which caused issues and when calling to have fixed I received attitudes and no callbacks. I used their DocuSign feature for all of my clients and the clients had to get a code from a phone in order to open the documents that was just one of four issues. I also use the credit card feature they charge my client 2.9% and then charged me 2.9% at the higher rate to me that is double dipping this was never explained when I signed up for, when I called to ask the answer I got was this is the way it happens.

GBTerrible online presence I’ve been a customer forever and after all these years my company doesn’t even come up when searching for it in my specific town. I’m also tired of paying 3 different bills to 3 different invoices since you’ve taken over other companies. I only get less than 3 calls a year based on your advertising for me
