GBTHRYV makes running my small business easier. I have been using Thryv since July 2022. I own a small family owned and operated balloon business. I have used THRYV to improve processes in my business work flow. I am constantly changing things to make my work life more simple. THRYV is wonderful for all facets of my business. I love that I can schedule social media to so many different platforms right from my dashboard. I can track sales, orders sync right to my Google calendar, send out marketing emails or text messages. The customer service is beyond amazing. I can call anytime day or night and get help. I am so thankful for how THRYV has improved te ease of my business. I am always working to refine, I never just set and forget, but you definitely could, because it is so easy.

GBUnhappy with billing process Billing has been separated into two different entities. I now receive two separate invoices paid to two different addresses. I have to write two different checks, one of them being for less than $2 a month. It's a very inconvenient process. I'm busy enough without having to take the extra steps to pay them. Will probably not renew our advertising next year.

GBI feel I was over promised and they… I feel I was over promised and they under delivered. I was using Thryv for over a year, and throughout the year items changed which caused issues and when calling to have fixed I received attitudes and no callbacks. I used their DocuSign feature for all of my clients and the clients had to get a code from a phone in order to open the documents that was just one of four issues. I also use the credit card feature they charge my client 2.9% and then charged me 2.9% at the higher rate to me that is double dipping this was never explained when I signed up for, when I called to ask the answer I got was this is the way it happens.

GBThryv l DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD!ead me to believe their CRM was… Thryv lead me to believe their CRM was capable of organizing my marketing campaigns on various social medias. That was not the case and the sales rep said that I could cancel anytime. After a few months, I called to cancel and the rep said I was locked into some type of 6 month agreement. After 15 minutes of back and forth I was able to cancel without being charged a final month because I did not give 30 days notice in writing. The next month I get a cancellation email and I thought that was the last of it. I just received a $9.00 invoice for 24/7 customer support! I have no clue why they keep charging my account but I want nothing to do with this company any longer. Stop charging my card! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD!
