For a year I used and loved Thryv For a year I used and loved Thryv. It was a little expensive for my small business but it made life so much easier it was worth it. I used the group text which still works well and the reason this is not one star. The social media posting which I hate now and the thryv pay which no longer charges the customer the fee. So I am now looking for options to save the almost $2500 I spend on Thryv on something else. You had a great service but not what I want anymore. I would stay if the amount was adjusted but it's just not worth it to be frustrated.

THRYV makes running my small business easier. I have been using Thryv since July 2022. I own a small family owned and operated balloon business. I have used THRYV to improve processes in my business work flow. I am constantly changing things to make my work life more simple. THRYV is wonderful for all facets of my business. I love that I can schedule social media to so many different platforms right from my dashboard. I can track sales, orders sync right to my Google calendar, send out marketing emails or text messages. The customer service is beyond amazing. I can call anytime day or night and get help. I am so thankful for how THRYV has improved te ease of my business. I am always working to refine, I never just set and forget, but you definitely could, because it is so easy.

I finally met Cheryl Montgomery from Thryv who showed me a cost effective way to do all of the things I wanted to do with my online presence, and more.

Excellent Sales Rep, but that's All Excellent Sales Rep, very Friendly and somewhat responsive. Paid for 6 months, couldn't even get Google verified. Terrible support team, absolutely ZERO business development after paying $450 monthly for 6 months. Save your money, don't try them. You will regret it. The best customer service! We are very happy with Thryv! My sales person is always available to help with any questions I have. The team is very friendly and helpful and give clear instructions. Easy to request website changes, and they are prompt in providing these changes. Various packages so it fits your specific needs, and as your company grows, you can add various programs to your existing account, to continue your company growth. Reasonably priced for the service we receive.
