Excellent Sales Rep, but that's All Excellent Sales Rep, very Friendly and somewhat responsive. Paid for 6 months, couldn't even get Google verified. Terrible support team, absolutely ZERO business development after paying $450 monthly for 6 months. Save your money, don't try them. You will regret it. Poor Customer Service Our long-time Thryv rep resigned and the company did not inform us. It took a couple of months and a few emails to locate someone who was able to cancel our digital services. Thryv even missed sending us a statement one month due to a technical error, but made sure we received that invoice when we cancelled after years of using their services. It's a large company and its customers are merely numbers.

Scheduling, able to put out an announcement/message once a month and able to send estimates/invoices all in one is great.
