Today I received support from Michael… Today I received support from Michael Caden at Back At You and and also Derrick Winston Jr. I had a wonderful experience to help me get my business page back up and running on social media. They did a remote session with me and corrected the issue and they were expedient in getting back to my support request and helping me get all of my issues resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend them if you are an agent or broker. I am a broker and I love their support staff and the ease of use. Great product!

Never been so happy an issue actually didn't work out...! Allison was amazing, a Virgo just like me! ;) She was amazing. She was so patient with how clueless I was in the first half of the call just trying to set up our remote session. We weren't able to connect the page I wanted since it was tied to an old account I no longer have access to so I had to start all over with the page I created with my brokerage. I was dreading having to start fresh but luckily she was able to walk me through inviting people to follow my new page and provide me a better understanding of the system. In the end, now that everything is in motion I'm glad my initial request didn't work out !!
