CAToday I received support from Michael… Today I received support from Michael Caden at Back At You and and also Derrick Winston Jr. I had a wonderful experience to help me get my business page back up and running on social media. They did a remote session with me and corrected the issue and they were expedient in getting back to my support request and helping me get all of my issues resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend them if you are an agent or broker. I am a broker and I love their support staff and the ease of use. Great product!

GBThree stars means acceptable Three stars means acceptable, which this experience has just nearly been, so this is my updated review to show that after several emails back and forth they agreed to remedy the overcharge and look into correcting an issue with a site button in the click through payment process. This is a button that says "auto post" which they seems to interpret as meaning they should automatically charge the client for twice what they explicitly typed in as their spending limit. I'm very glad to hear they are saying they will fix that large ambiguity. They also say they will refund me. I will update if they do not do so fairly promptly.

GBLost Notes I was excited to try the new beta for contacts in Back-AT-YOU. It's amazing how everything is so well-organized and easy to use. I had a moment of panic when I couldn't find my notes, but Brady from support was super helpful and showed me where they were. They were just in a different location, not gone. I'm so relieved and happy with the new system. Thanks Brady!

Derrick Winston was one of the most patient, kind and informative individual that I have worked with in a long time. From our conversation last week, he actually called me this week to make sure that the issue he assisted me with had worked and that everything was in working order. I was blown away with his customer service, care and the fact that he wanted to make sure all was going good! Kudos to Derrick, you should teach classes on how to do it right!!!
