Great Customer service and patience I received a call back from Joseph regarding an email I sent to your company. I explained to him that back in January, I had called to inform someone that my Facebook account might have been compromised. At that time, I was assured that there were no issues with my account and that advertising on my platforms was still possible. However, recently, I found myself locked out of my Facebook account for reasons unknown. When Joseph called me, he effectively defused the situation, reassured me, and patiently guided me through the necessary steps to resolve the issue. It was such a relief to have someone with such patience and expertise to assist me. I wish all your staff could provide the same level of assistance. For those of us who struggle with navigating social media, having someone like Joseph to help is invaluable. Thank you, Joseph.

Never been so happy an issue actually didn't work out...! Allison was amazing, a Virgo just like me! ;) She was amazing. She was so patient with how clueless I was in the first half of the call just trying to set up our remote session. We weren't able to connect the page I wanted since it was tied to an old account I no longer have access to so I had to start all over with the page I created with my brokerage. I was dreading having to start fresh but luckily she was able to walk me through inviting people to follow my new page and provide me a better understanding of the system. In the end, now that everything is in motion I'm glad my initial request didn't work out !!
