GBLooking forward to working with Back At You. After a week of using Back At You, I needed support for the very first time. I needed assistance with an Instagram account. Yesterday, I utilized their chat support and got Allison on the other end. She was eager to schedule some time with today in order to assist. She called me on the dot and immediately began driving. She assisted me with a pleasant attitude, as well as some humor which was refreshing in the world of customer service. She helped me create my Instagram account, assisted with a few other things I simply couldn't do myself. I am now connected and am looking forward to using the service even more now that I know there are people like her for Back At You support team. Thanks Alli!

GBTech Support is Amazing Simply put, Michael Caden rocks! Aside from being a very nice human, he is super knowledgeable about all things Back At You. I had a tech problem and, instead of referring me to boilerplate instructions, he took the time to look at my issue and, sure enough, there was some wonky stuff with it that he easily fixed. If he had not spent the time to look at the problem, I would have gone round and round and round without solving the problem. Thank you Michael! You are Omnia's new FAVORITE!

GBThree stars means acceptable Three stars means acceptable, which this experience has just nearly been, so this is my updated review to show that after several emails back and forth they agreed to remedy the overcharge and look into correcting an issue with a site button in the click through payment process. This is a button that says "auto post" which they seems to interpret as meaning they should automatically charge the client for twice what they explicitly typed in as their spending limit. I'm very glad to hear they are saying they will fix that large ambiguity. They also say they will refund me. I will update if they do not do so fairly promptly.
