Great Customer service and patience I received a call back from Joseph regarding an email I sent to your company. I explained to him that back in January, I had called to inform someone that my Facebook account might have been compromised. At that time, I was assured that there were no issues with my account and that advertising on my platforms was still possible. However, recently, I found myself locked out of my Facebook account for reasons unknown. When Joseph called me, he effectively defused the situation, reassured me, and patiently guided me through the necessary steps to resolve the issue. It was such a relief to have someone with such patience and expertise to assist me. I wish all your staff could provide the same level of assistance.
