Joseph and BAY are Excellent! BAY is an easy way to have consistent and effective social media posts. The design studio is an excellent addition, I can create my own posts and click a button to share to social, and advertise when desired.

Never been so happy an issue actually didn't work out...! Allison was amazing, a Virgo just like me! ;) She was amazing. She was so patient with how clueless I was in the first half of the call just trying to set up our remote session. We weren't able to connect the page I wanted since it was tied to an old account I no longer have access to so I had to start all over with the page I created with my brokerage. I was dreading having to start fresh but luckily she was able to walk me through inviting people to follow my new page and provide me a better understanding of the system. In the end, now that everything is in motion I'm glad my initial request didn't work out !!

Looking forward to working with Back At You. After a week of using Back At You, I needed support for the very first time. I needed assistance with an Instagram account. Yesterday, I utilized their chat support and got Allison on the other end. She was eager to schedule some time with today in order to assist. She called me on the dot and immediately began driving. She assisted me with a pleasant attitude, as well as some humor which was refreshing in the world of customer service. She helped me create my Instagram account, assisted with a few other things I simply couldn't do myself.
