GBFabulous Service Fabulous Service We have been using LeadMailbox for a couple of years now. Getting it set up initially was so easy, and adding new lead generation sources is always done quickly and efficiently. Using the system is very straightforward for both the agents and admin. Great product, and I highly recommend it.

GBLMBX and Dave Wilson, can't complain... First of all LeadMailbox has all the functionality for a independent mortgage originator or branch manager with a mid sized team that you can ask for. Their service is nothing short of excellent. Dave Wilson is ALWAYS very responsive and helpful. Its all you can ask for in our business.

GBAvoid! Do NOT Buy. Dysfunctional. Bad Features. No Utility. There are no good features about this product. Things this product cannot do: Search for names, Search for numbers, Organize by first name, Organize by last name, Filter and sort simultaneously, Create Custom Lists, Easily Reassign Leads, Read the TINY, THIN, GREY fonts Click to Dial Adjust Column Order Adjust Text Box Sizes Scroll Left or Right Lock Column Headers Lock Row Headers The list literally goes on.... it quite literally doesn't do anything cool or good or helpful. It's total trash. I'm not exaggerating. On everything. I've been forced to use this CRM for way too long now. My eyes are messed up and I'm losing hair and money bc of these clowns. Trust me, there are way better CRM's. This company will go under soon and then you'll be S.O.L. because the servers will shut down. Don't do this to yourself. Hit me up if you want to discuss and I'll give more details. The People that work their are rude and aggressive and super defensive and they think their program is functional. It's not. At all. Try another. You won't regret it.

GBI rarely ever write reviews unless it's… I rarely ever write reviews unless it's a bad one. LOL. But I have to say that I'm extremely impressed by Bob Price and his team. Every time I need help with something, he will schedule a call and spend time to help me with my email campaigns. Every time he does that, I always get referrals from my past clients. He is patient, extremely knowledgeable and also helps with wordsmithing your content if he doesn't think it sounds right. He is an extremely resourceful person within LeadMailbox. I wouldn't know how to fully use their resources if he wasn't there. :)

GBLeadmailbox is a great CRM Leadmailbox is a great CRM. Dave Wilson our account representative by far exceeds expectations. I was having an issue routing leads from one of my new lead sources and I emailed him late at night. I was not expecting a response until the next day. He replied quickly “DONE”. Great service.
