A+ work Couldn't have been happier with their work. They were prompt with their emails throughout the process, their Graphic Arts Department solved a problem with the file I sent them, and their customer service was great. I wasn't sure what to expect from a company I found just off the internet, but they were great.

Drinkbranders a definite YES! Drinkbranders was great to work with. Communication good. Helped us refine our logo perfectly! Would use them again in a heartbeat. The only thing I didn't like was that they don't save your product for you when you pay for them if your logo isn't ready (so have your logo ready to go!), making extra work changing your order. All-in-all, excellent experience with them.

Employees were kind and helpful via… Employees were kind and helpful via email. However, there were two main issues: - The water bottles I originally ordered weren't actually in stock. Stock should be made clear on the website, BEFORE a purchase is made. - When I switched my order to a different water bottle, I had to follow up with employees a few times to get my new receipt/refund. Overall, I am happy with the water bottles. But, the ordering process/stock should have been more transparent and the refund/receipt should have been issued right away with the new order.

Easy Process, Good Communication The process was great, lots of good communication and quick responses, even for my small store. The bottles look great, too. The only thing I wasn't pumped about was the plastic wrapping on each individual bottle. I'm sure it has a purpose in protecting the bottles, but it seems like unnecessary plastic waste. I'd like to see a better packaging solution that limits the plastic trash.

The Best Partner for Branded Drinkware I cannot express how happy and thankful I am to have worked with the Drinkbranders team on a branded water bottle project.
