Employees were kind and helpful via… Employees were kind and helpful via email. However, there were two main issues: - The water bottles I originally ordered weren't actually in stock. Stock should be made clear on the website, BEFORE a purchase is made. - When I switched my order to a different water bottle, I had to follow up with employees a few times to get my new receipt/refund. Overall, I am happy with the water bottles. But, the ordering process/stock should have been more transparent and the refund/receipt should have been issued right away with the new order.

Fast Delivery & Professional Design We were in a hurry to order cups for a charity golf outing with a logo that we had designed using powerpoint. The Drinkbranders.com team helped us pick a quick order insulated cup, redid the logo professionally and delivered the cups within a few days. Epic given these days of supply chain issues! Amazing Product and Impeccable Customer Service Rick and Natalie were such a pleasure to work with! Between the two of them, I was able to quickly see a digital mock-up of the product I wanted with our brand name, and we had clear communication with each other from start to finish regarding expectations for quality and shipping/delivery. I didn't need the product in any sort of hurry, so it took about 6 weeks to arrive, but they do have the option to ship sooner if one desires. I HIGHLY recommend the Palermo thermoses! I requested a sample to make sure it was something I would be proud to give to new residents as a move-in gift and I'd be hard pressed to say I'm the least bit disappointed.
