Amazing Product and Impeccable Customer Service Rick and Natalie were such a pleasure to work with! Between the two of them, I was able to quickly see a digital mock-up of the product I wanted with our brand name, and we had clear communication with each other from start to finish regarding expectations for quality and shipping/delivery. I didn't need the product in any sort of hurry, so it took about 6 weeks to arrive, but they do have the option to ship sooner if one desires. I HIGHLY recommend the Palermo thermoses! I requested a sample to make sure it was something I would be proud to give to new residents as a move-in gift and I'd be hard pressed to say I'm the least bit disappointed.
