Easy Process, Good Communication The process was great, lots of good communication and quick responses, even for my small store. The bottles look great, too. The only thing I wasn't pumped about was the plastic wrapping on each individual bottle. I'm sure it has a purpose in protecting the bottles, but it seems like unnecessary plastic waste. I'd like to see a better packaging solution that limits the plastic trash.

However, even after picking different options for a second round, we were told we had to yet again pick other options.
