Drinkbranders a definite YES! Drinkbranders was great to work with. Communication good. Helped us refine our logo perfectly! Would use them again in a heartbeat. The only thing I didn't like was that they don't save your product for you when you pay for them if your logo isn't ready (so have your logo ready to go!), making extra work changing your order. All-in-all, excellent experience with them.

Amazing Product and Impeccable Customer Service Rick and Natalie were such a pleasure to work with! Between the two of them, I was able to quickly see a digital mock-up of the product I wanted with our brand name, and we had clear communication with each other from start to finish regarding expectations for quality and shipping/delivery. I didn't need the product in any sort of hurry, so it took about 6 weeks to arrive, but they do have the option to ship sooner if one desires. I HIGHLY recommend the Palermo thermoses! I requested a sample to make sure it was something I would be proud to give to new residents as a move-in gift and I'd be hard pressed to say I'm the least bit disappointed. However, even after picking different options for a second round, we were told we had to yet again pick other options.
