GBExcellent people and company Client account manager, Cerone, was extremely patient and very kind. I’m not very technological and it took 20 minutes for me to stumble through onboarding but Cerone could not have been more helpful; she talked me through various problems I had and we were able to finish the onboarding within the time frame. GBA WOW Experience! All I can say is, "WOW"! WellReceived has thought of everything. Michelle coordinated our set up and was extremely patient and helpful. We tested it out this morning and it worked beautifully. The virtual receptionist that answered our test call was very professional!
