Excellent company..... Don't Over Think it.. .They're Great! Excellent company... all English Speakers... if you have a receptionist to answer the phones fire her and let her get another job doing something else... Well Received is awesome... they not only answer your phones but they can book an appointment for you thru their other company.. set more appointment... highly recommended... love these guys...

Efficiently and accurately scheduling our patients Their answering service team is very polished and friendly. Because we have a multi-office, multi-doctor facility, we were very concerned about patients being scheduled incorrectly or with the wrong doctor. We created a hybrid approach where WellReceived gathers information and puts it into a message que and our team is able to efficiently work through the messages to schedule our patients very efficiently. Prior to WellReceived, patients left a voicemail, which led to numerous unhappy patients and consumed a lot of our time checking messages. With the message que, our team can easily read though the notes and the patient's information. Teaming up with WellReceived has been one of our best business decisions.

Time flies, when you are having fun! I spoke with Marilyn for almost an hour as she created business ID's for our staff! It's a great feature that allows our medical staff to safely contact patients, and even receive calls back from them with divulging their person information. She was totally, stellar! Now, during this snow storm, we can still assist patients and protect our staff! Thanks again, Marilyn

Excellent people and company Client account manager, Cerone, was extremely patient and very kind. I’m not very technological and it took 20 minutes for me to stumble through onboarding but Cerone could not have been more helpful; she talked me through various problems I had and we were able to finish the onboarding within the time frame. Thank you, Cerone & other WellReceived employees with whom I’ve spoken; everyone has been kind and helpful. I understand why WellReceived is a first rate service.
