CAI have asked Well Received to stop… I have asked Well Received to stop calling me. Since first going to the website in October, I have received over 30 calls from "T**f G****e". I have made repeated requests that these calls stop. So far, the harassment continues.

Because we have a multi-office, multi-doctor facility, we were very concerned about patients being scheduled incorrectly or with the wrong doctor. We created a hybrid approach where WellReceived gathers information and puts it into a message que and our team is able to efficiently work through the messages to schedule our patients very efficiently. Prior to WellReceived, patients left a voicemail, which led to numerous unhappy patients and consumed a lot of our time checking messages. With the message que, our team can easily read though the notes and the patient's information. Teaming up with WellReceived has been one of our best business decisions.

GBExcellent people and company Client account manager, Cerone, was extremely patient and very kind. I’m not very technological and it took 20 minutes for me to stumble through onboarding but Cerone could not have been more helpful; she talked me through various problems I had and we were able to finish the onboarding within the time frame.
