SMS-iT is a must-have software for… SMS-iT is a must-have software for people who are in sales or marketing industry. You just need to have it to grow your business and expand your reach to acquire more customers. It allows users to send text messages, promos, reminders, birthday wishes, create text funnels IN BULK! Using both your carrier service via sim card, or via third party apps. I highly recommend it. It's become my secret weapon. Make sure to check out their Youtube tutorials and walkthrough. The support is extremely helpful as well.

Support is nonexistent Support is nonexistent, I've tried several ways to get in touch with them and I get no response. I was able to buy sms credits, but they require you to contact support to be able to buy a number, not standard for SAS apps, but I would be ok with it, IF ANY of the options to contact support ACTUALLY WORKED. Now I have $25 worth of SMS credits with no way to use them! *Edit I was finally able to contact them through the email listed in this Trustpilot profile, so I've bumped my rating up to 3 stars.

Tons of Value and Opportunity I initially became a customer of their video solution that creates interactive videos and video funnels. Due to how well the video platform performs, I wanted their SMS solution and became a customer. I know it sounds cliche, but I am BLOWN AWAY by how Henry and his amazing team can pack so much value into a platform in a logical and CLEAN way. Secondly, the tools work well. I have never been a fan of all-in-one type tools, so for me this is shocking. The customer service is amazing. Although the company is fairly new there have been some miscommunication at times with their customers (growing pains). Much respect goes to them for going the extra mile for their customers by addressing their concerns while continuing to update us about the progress as they develop to make the platform even better. I look forward to sub-accounts and the team section being fully functional in order to realize the full value of this wonderful platform in my business.

Going places SMS-iT is a machine. It's incredible how fast it improves and I'm constantly amazed at the new features, training, and resources provided as a customer. It can get a little overwhelming if I don't pause and reach out for help - but the support is excellent and responsive so I never get lost for long. Plus the leadership is very hands-on, and there's a strong community of users to look to for ideas and help.
