Twilio alternative for sending cheaper than ever This company is amazing at innovating the SMS industry. Twilio is annoying due to the high costs... Imagine if you could send SMS messages for cheaper than ever before because you're sending them from your own phone... That's where SMS-iT comes in to play. They let you use your own SIM card to send messages from, and also have lots of different ways for you to send messages, so you can communicate to your prospects by anything like email and social media too.

Support is nonexistent Support is nonexistent, I've tried several ways to get in touch with them and I get no response. I was able to buy sms credits, but they require you to contact support to be able to buy a number, not standard for SAS apps, but I would be ok with it, IF ANY of the options to contact support ACTUALLY WORKED. Now I have $25 worth of SMS credits with no way to use them! *Edit I was finally able to contact them through the email listed in this Trustpilot profile, so I've bumped my rating up to 3 stars.
