SMS-IT is 5 STARS Since using SMS-IT I’ve been able to connect with customers like never before. Sms marketing had proven to be much more effective than the traditional email marketing I was using before. I have seen my open rates double and much more customer interaction. The founder is very active with the community and is passionate about this project with constant improvements, updated and offers to the community. Lots of features found on this platform that I have not seen with any other sms platform. The ability to use a network provider messaging plan and get unlimited texting is a game changer. Support is nonexistent Support is nonexistent, I've tried several ways to get in touch with them and I get no response. I was able to buy sms credits, but they require you to contact support to be able to buy a number, not standard for SAS apps, but I would be ok with it, IF ANY of the options to contact support ACTUALLY WORKED. Now I have $25 worth of SMS credits with no way to use them! *Edit I was finally able to contact them through the email listed in this Trustpilot profile, so I've bumped my rating up to 3 stars.

SMSIT must have tool with GHL I have been using the smsit app for the past 3-4 months mainly for the GHL integration feature and I have to say it’s phenomenal! my business has been thriving even more because of this tool and I am saving a small fortune on sms fees thanks to this app. Recently the company had some updates causing a slight disruption of service and in full transparency a headache from hell trying to resolve it. Within a few days the headache was resolved and support was there when needed everything is running even better then before with more bells and whistles. Would highly recommend this app to anyone

SMS-iT is simply amazing service SMS-iT Team is wonderful. You feel personal touch. This guys have souls, not only business aspirations! And the service?... You can't imagine better than that. It is omnipotent platform that will meet all your needs! Do not believe me - try them. In Bulgaria for example using Twilio you can't get Bulgarian number and to send with them is 2 cents for 1 message. (Very expensive!) With SMS-iT I can send unlimited messages from my Bulgarian SIM-card and I pay only my SIM-cards carrier. Try them and feel the difference in your business!
