GBSupport is nonexistent Support is nonexistent, I've tried several ways to get in touch with them and I get no response. I was able to buy sms credits, but they require you to contact support to be able to buy a number, not standard for SAS apps, but I would be ok with it, IF ANY of the options to contact support ACTUALLY WORKED. Now I have $25 worth of SMS credits with no way to use them! *Edit I was finally able to contact them through the email listed in this Trustpilot profile, so I've bumped my rating up to 3 stars.

GBTwilio alternative for sending cheaper than ever This company is amazing at innovating the SMS industry. Twilio is annoying due to the high costs... Imagine if you could send SMS messages for cheaper than ever before because you're sending them from your own phone... That's where SMS-iT comes in to play. They let you use your own SIM card to send messages from, and also have lots of different ways for you to send messages, so you can communicate to your prospects by anything like email and social media too.

GBAmazing Marketing Software I love this app because it is a one-stop shop for marketing automation. It is so easy to use and has amazing features that are important for my business. I love that I have the option to send messages to my contacts or my leads, and the app will automatically find out who you're talking too. I love that I can have a branded text message or a generic text message, depending on my needs. The price is also very affordable for the amount of services that I get. I also love that I can track my campaign performance with the software and see who responded and why.

GBGoing places SMS-iT is a machine. It's incredible how fast it improves and I'm constantly amazed at the new features, training, and resources provided as a customer. It can get a little overwhelming if I don't pause and reach out for help - but the support is excellent and responsive so I never get lost for long. Plus the leadership is very hands-on, and there's a strong community of users to look to for ideas and help.
