GBSim card installation for the ignorant I’m not the best with technology and I had questions about installing the sim card. I went to eiotclub’s website and started a chat with Hilda. She answered all my questions and waited while I inserted the device into my cellular security camera successfully. It has established connection, seems to work and I am happy. I wouldn’t have done it so easily without their excellent online chat help.

GBEZ - PZ - The entire experience has been easy The entire experience has been easy. I needed 2 plans for 2 security cameras and was done in 10 minutes. 1 year later I had to renew and it took all of 5 mins to renew Ease of use and a fair price. What can be better.

GBI had accidently charged an old SIM…Charged wrong SIM card I had accidently charged an old SIM card with more data. I notified EIOTCLUB by email and explained giving them the info of which cards needed the data transferred. There was no hesitation with helping me as quickly as they could and now the data is restored to the SIM card in my current data. This gives me peace of mind as I have to monitor my elderly horse with my camera.

GBThe customer service I received was SUPERB The customer service I received was superb. They were patient, they walked me through all the steps to get my sim up and running. Since I purchased the sim I chatted with about four different reps and they were all great. Emily made what I thought initially was going to be difficult in getting my sim to work, a walk in the park.

SEBest Company n’ Service I have two cameras from Genbolt, besides the cameras are so good, I want to recommend the service you get from the staff and agents. They have been very helpful and nice, patient and generous. So I highly recommend them!
