GBSim card installation for the ignorant I’m not the best with technology and I had questions about installing the sim card. I went to eiotclub’s website and started a chat with Hilda. She answered all my questions and waited while I inserted the device into my cellular security camera successfully. It has established connection, seems to work and I am happy. I wouldn’t have done it so easily without their excellent online chat help.

DEeiot online help service for camera We have a security camera and had a 300 mb trial card, that worked well and was expired now. Chat on website (be it AI or personal) working great, getting fast response and help. easy and simple. overall, worldwide service / adaption for EU could be a bit better on website.

GBEiotClub was extremely helpful and responsive .. The company was extremely helpful and responsive in changing out my SIM cards on my cellular cameras. They walked me through the process, their communication was very fast and helpful, they sent me new cards which I received overnight and the same night they changed the data plan over on the cards. The down time was minimal .. GREAT customer service.
