GBThey are crooks They are crooks. I've sent MANY emails to them telling them all internet access is being directed through Hong Kong. All my websites through their SIM card is being directed to Hong Kong, so websites come up in the Chinese language. Using the SAME computer on my own network I DO NOT have this problem. I have complained to them and the ONLY answer I get is, "Your SIM card is activated". They REFUSE to do anything to fix this issue after sending MORE then 10 emails and WILL NOT give a refund.

GBAlmost two years and no issues… I have been using an EIOTCLUB SIM for almost two years in a Reolink camera. Every time I had any questions or issues, they have been responsive to my communications within 24 hours.

GBSim card installation for the ignorant I’m not the best with technology and I had questions about installing the sim card. I went to eiotclub’s website and started a chat with Hilda. She answered all my questions and waited while I inserted the device into my cellular security camera successfully. It has established connection, seems to work and I am happy. I wouldn’t have done it so easily without their excellent online chat help.
