USI had accidently charged an old SIM…Charged wrong SIM card I had accidently charged an old SIM card with more data. I notified EIOTCLUB by email and explained giving them the info of which cards needed the data transferred. There was no hesitation with helping me as quickly as they could and now the data is restored to the SIM card in my current data. This gives me peace of mind as I have to monitor my elderly horse with my camera.

USChat support is excellent! I was having trouble understanding how to get a certain data plan that I wanted. I contacted eiotclub chat support and was connected with a very nice lady named Emily. She answered my questions and concerns fast. Chat was very helpful, fast and friendly. I will continue on using Eiotclub for my data and needs. Very satisfied.

USEiotClub was extremely helpful and responsive .. The company was extremely helpful and responsive in changing out my SIM cards on my cellular cameras. They walked me through the process, their communication was very fast and helpful, they sent me new cards which I received overnight and the same night they changed the data plan over on the cards. The down time was minimal .. GREAT customer service.

USSim card installation for the ignorant I’m not the best with technology and I had questions about installing the sim card. I went to eiotclub’s website and started a chat with Hilda. She answered all my questions and waited while I inserted the device into my cellular security camera successfully. It has established connection, seems to work and I am happy. I wouldn’t have done it so easily without their excellent online chat help.

CAVery bad setup Very bad setup. They sell what they want, not what you order. No customer service, no refund.Based in HK and no understand bon American or Canadian service providers. Do not recommend. Sound cheap and it is.
