My experience/ take on Michael Michael's course content transparency and personal help not only helped my wife and I purchase our first Airbnb property but maybe most importantly he really helped give us the confidence to "go for it" when there were a lot of reasons not to. We ended up doing a hybrid house hack/STR for our first property, so not as profitable as we had originally hoped, but that part is on us.
