My experience/ take on Michael Michael's course content transparency and personal help not only helped my wife and I purchase our first Airbnb property but maybe most importantly he really helped give us the confidence to "go for it" when there were a lot of reasons not to. We ended up doing a hybrid house hack/STR for our first property, so not as profitable as we had originally hoped, but that part is on us. Nonetheless we are off to a solid start in real estate investing thanks to the course and Michael's input. All of the above helped me make a career change to the industry as well!

One on One Help Michael and his team helped me get my first cash flowing property! The video modules gave me a great foundation, but the one on one coaching from Michael, Logan and team were what moved the needle. I considered just watching YouTube videos and relying on AirDNA market scores -- I think it would've been a big mistake. You don't know what you don't know and the frequent communication made me so much more confident to actually move forward. 10/10 would do the BNB Academy again.
