Initially we thought we could set up a short-term rental on our own and learn as we go, but leveraging and being supported by extremely successful leaders like Michael and Logan in the real estate space made all the difference. My experience/ take on Michael Michael's course content transparency and personal help not only helped my wife and I purchase our first Airbnb property but maybe most importantly he really helped give us the confidence to "go for it" when there were a lot of reasons not to. We ended up doing a hybrid house hack/STR for our first property, so not as profitable as we had originally hoped, but that part is on us.
