One on One Help Michael and his team helped me get my first cash flowing property! The video modules gave me a great foundation, but the one on one coaching from Michael, Logan and team were what moved the needle. I considered just watching YouTube videos and relying on AirDNA market scores -- I think it would've been a big mistake.
