My experience/ take on Michael Michael's course content transparency and personal help not only helped my wife and I purchase our first Airbnb property but maybe most importantly he really helped give us the confidence to "go for it" when there were a lot of reasons not to. We ended up doing a hybrid house hack/STR for our first property, so not as profitable as we had originally hoped, but that part is on us. Nonetheless we are off to a solid start in real estate investing thanks to the course and Michael's input. All of the above helped me make a career change to the industry as well!

Construction worker to Airbnb host When I started the Academy I was working in construction, always knowing real estate would be my future in some capacity. I took a chance and bought into Michael's program. It was hands down the best money I've ever spent. My college degrees don't compare to the practical value the Academy has given me.
