Great Rank Tracker but Support is Slow Great rank tracker, but getting ahold of customer support is a nightmare. We have a billing issue, and I've sent multiple chat and helpdesk tickets and no response for 4 or 5 days. Where are you guys? If you're not going to respond its time to look for another rank tracking platform! Don't leave your customers hanging like that.

Nice concept, poor implementation The concept and pricing sound great, but the implementation is poor and support not responsive at all. Rank tracker is working pretty well, keyword lab and planner not at all, the backlink monitor just a joke. Keyword planner is showing only a fraction of keywords listed in other tools, many of the keywords not in the language selected, and no search volumes. On the first page, the second page does not show any data at all. The backlink monitor shows, maybe, a link or two, compared to 20-30 other tools like Semrush and ahrefs discover. The spam rating is not to be taken for serious, too. Links from universities are rated as 9/10 10/10 spam - compared to a Moz spam score of maybe 1%.

Very inaccurate volume results "I paid and subscribed to Zutrix and immediately searched the volume of the keyword 'vücut geliştirme.' However, the result was very inaccurate. Zutrix claims its search volume is 100, which is impossible. All other keyword volume tools, including Google's Keyword Planner, suggest that its volume is between 8000 and 10,000. So, I immediately asked for a refund and cancellation of my subscription. Well, their response was, 'Our tool is the most accurate in the industry.' And they never responded again. I feel like I've been robbed.

Better then i thought! Edit: It took 5 days, but finally I got my premium access despite crypto payment (without entering my email, because I forgot), Thanks a lot! I first doubted, but it still worked, hurray
