Zutrix claims its search volume is 100, which is impossible. All other keyword volume tools, including Google's Keyword Planner, suggest that its volume is between 8000 and 10,000. So, I immediately asked for a refund and cancellation of my subscription. Well, their response was, 'Our tool is the most accurate in the industry.' And they never responded again. We have a billing issue, and I've sent multiple chat and helpdesk tickets and no response for 4 or 5 days. Where are you guys? App has been halted it would appear that this app has been abandoned. Support takes days - sometimes weeks to respond. It looks as though they have built it up and are not investing any more time in it - look elsewhere, don't buy something that they have halted customer service and development on
