AUApp has been halted it would appear that this app has been abandoned. Support takes days - sometimes weeks to respond. It looks as though they have built it up and are not investing any more time in it - look elsewhere, don't buy something that they have halted customer service and development on

We definitely appreciate the clarity of the data, you can see the positions immediately and navigate easily. Another benefit is the price, which is among the cheapest. The only thing I find not 100% is missing display of more than 25 positions per page, otherwise this system is one of the best and I fully recommend it

DEGreat Rank Tracker but Support is Slow Great rank tracker, but getting ahold of customer support is a nightmare. We have a billing issue, and I've sent multiple chat and helpdesk tickets and no response for 4 or 5 days. Where are you guys? If you're not going to respond its time to look for another rank tracking platform! Don't leave your customers hanging like that.
