Their support is fast, friendly and knowledgeable which is what every service needs. I always seem to get help from Lucia and she's awesome, very professional and helpful, thanks! I seen some bad reviews before writing mine, I have no idea how their experience can be the opposite of mine. I can guarantee since using this service my stats have been wayyyy better!

INDoes what it says Warmup Inbox is a pretty easy and intuitive to use warmup tool. They do what they promise, i.e warmup your emails. I like the credit system, you can buy X amount worth of credits and use them to pause and resume new inboxes as and when you feel the need. Lucia and Camilo are great at what they do, support has been good and empathetic.

BRFantastic customer service I have been assisted by both Lucia and Camilo and all I have to say is wow. As someone who is technologically inept, they made the whole process much easier for me. Lucia helped me today and took me through how to set up a DMARC record. She waited patiently as I showed her screenshots of what I was seeing on my screen (I didn't understand any of it!) and explained to me kindly how to proceed. My issue was solved in a matter of minutes, thanks to her brilliant work. Warmup Inbox, your customer service is 10/10.
