Deliverability is huge if you're going to do anything significant in email marketing/sales outbound. The support team is right there with you ready to help you adjust your number of inboxes, make sure things are connected, etc. It's easy to add inboxes, upgrade inboxes, or pause (downgrade) subscriptions as needed.
