On top of that, the support is excellent. Too often, you fire off a support email and days later, having had no reply, you forgot all about it. Not the case with Warmup Box. Their support normally replies within minutes if not hours, and always explains things clearly and concisely. Highly recommended.

Fantastic customer service I have been assisted by both Lucia and Camilo and all I have to say is wow. As someone who is technologically inept, they made the whole process much easier for me. Lucia helped me today and took me through how to set up a DMARC record. She waited patiently as I showed her screenshots of what I was seeing on my screen (I didn't understand any of it!) and explained to me kindly how to proceed. Otherwise this platform and the support team is awesome. They help me through the problem carefully and after that they ask me whether I've any other troubles going on.
