BRFantastic customer service I have been assisted by both Lucia and Camilo and all I have to say is wow. As someone who is technologically inept, they made the whole process much easier for me. Lucia helped me today and took me through how to set up a DMARC record. She waited patiently as I showed her screenshots of what I was seeing on my screen (I didn't understand any of it!) and explained to me kindly how to proceed. MEI really liked Warmup Inbox because… I really liked Warmup Inbox because it's simple and easy to use. Even though I found it a bit tricky at first, the live chat helped me out every time I got stuck. They were quick to respond and made things a lot easier. Warmup Inbox is awesome!

GBDoes what it says on the tin Does what it says on the tin! I'm now running two email addresses with Warmup Inbox and open rates have improved for both. So the service works. On top of that, the support is excellent. Too often, you fire off a support email and days later, having had no reply, you forgot all about it. Not the case with Warmup Box. Their support normally replies within minutes if not hours, and always explains things clearly and concisely. Highly recommended.
