Otherwise this platform and the support team is awesome. They help me through the problem carefully and after that they ask me whether I've any other troubles going on. I once told them that I'm new to this email marketing thing and their customer support executive Lucia shared a PDF file with me so that I can learn this thing.

Support is Very Responsive and Insightful Understanding the black box / machine learning of email reputation is extremely tricky. As an eager company wanting to build outbound it's easy to fall into traps that ultimately cause spam issues to constrain your goals. Fantastic customer service I have been assisted by both Lucia and Camilo and all I have to say is wow. As someone who is technologically inept, they made the whole process much easier for me. Lucia helped me today and took me through how to set up a DMARC record. She waited patiently as I showed her screenshots of what I was seeing on my screen (I didn't understand any of it!) and explained to me kindly how to proceed.
