Fantastic customer service I have been assisted by both Lucia and Camilo and all I have to say is wow. As someone who is technologically inept, they made the whole process much easier for me. Lucia helped me today and took me through how to set up a DMARC record. She waited patiently as I showed her screenshots of what I was seeing on my screen (I didn't understand any of it!) and explained to me kindly how to proceed. Don't use Warmup Inbox After I used Warmup Inbox for a month, more and more e-mails were blocked. Eventually, Microsoft blocked my email account on all their servers due to the messages of Warmup Inbox.

Support is Very Responsive and Insightful Understanding the black box / machine learning of email reputation is extremely tricky. As an eager company wanting to build outbound it's easy to fall into traps that ultimately cause spam issues to constrain your goals. Warmup Inbox was the guidance we needed to understand best practices - they have always been super supportive and quick to respond which is ideal when there is a lot of uncertainty in the email rep space. 5 stars no questions
