Lucia helped me today and took me through how to set up a DMARC record. She waited patiently as I showed her screenshots of what I was seeing on my screen (I didn't understand any of it!) and explained to me kindly how to proceed. Does what it says on the tin Does what it says on the tin! I'm now running two email addresses with Warmup Inbox and open rates have improved for both. So the service works. On top of that, the support is excellent. Too often, you fire off a support email and days later, having had no reply, you forgot all about it. Not the case with Warmup Box. Their support normally replies within minutes if not hours, and always explains things clearly and concisely. Highly recommended.
