Warmupinbox's Support is Damn Cool WarmupInbox is the best warmup tool at the moment IF they don't increase their prices any further of course because then I won't be able to afford it hahaha. Otherwise this platform and the support team is awesome. They help me through the problem carefully and after that they ask me whether I've any other troubles going on. I once told them that I'm new to this email marketing thing and their customer support executive Lucia shared a PDF file with me so that I can learn this thing.

Fantastic customer service I have been assisted by both Lucia and Camilo and all I have to say is wow. As someone who is technologically inept, they made the whole process much easier for me. Lucia helped me today and took me through how to set up a DMARC record. She waited patiently as I showed her screenshots of what I was seeing on my screen (I didn't understand any of it!) and explained to me kindly how to proceed. Does what it says on the tin Does what it says on the tin! I'm now running two email addresses with Warmup Inbox and open rates have improved for both. So the service works. On top of that, the support is excellent. Too often, you fire off a support email and days later, having had no reply, you forgot all about it. Not the case with Warmup Box. Their support normally replies within minutes if not hours, and always explains things clearly and concisely. Highly recommended.

Don't use Warmup Inbox After I used Warmup Inbox for a month, more and more e-mails were blocked. Eventually, Microsoft blocked my email account on all their servers due to the messages of Warmup Inbox.
