Support is Very Responsive and Insightful Understanding the black box / machine learning of email reputation is extremely tricky. As an eager company wanting to build outbound it's easy to fall into traps that ultimately cause spam issues to constrain your goals. Warmed up quick and easy Great service that was easy to use. The only hiccups I had were issues in the configuration of my own code base. Worked quick and seemless to get my private inboxes and mail domain trusted by most major email providers. When I messaged to cancel, the process was very quick, and I was even offered by the rep a refund for my charge 24 hours before since I would not be using the service. Thanks Lucia! No bad things to say only good!

Does what it says Warmup Inbox is a pretty easy and intuitive to use warmup tool. They do what they promise, i.e warmup your emails. I like the credit system, you can buy X amount worth of credits and use them to pause and resume new inboxes as and when you feel the need. Lucia and Camilo are great at what they do, support has been good and empathetic.

I'm telling you I'm telling you, if you are someone who wants to blast emails without going to spam. Use warmupinbox, they'll make sure that you hit that inbox every single time and the support helps you every step of the way if needed. Shoutout to Tomas!

Fantastic customer service I have been assisted by both Lucia and Camilo and all I have to say is wow. As someone who is technologically inept, they made the whole process much easier for me. Lucia helped me today and took me through how to set up a DMARC record. She waited patiently as I showed her screenshots of what I was seeing on my screen (I didn't understand any of it!) and explained to me kindly how to proceed.
