My favorite part is that you get to talk to real people to get your questions answered! Also, the technology and service itself is so cool and exactly what I needed for my business.

I recommend Flowchat! Flowchat itself has been awesome; it's a great CRM. However, what puts this CRM above and beyond is its founders, especially Sean Malone. Not only have they created a top notch cold outreach CRM that is specifically designed for it, but they've created coaching, a series of amazing templates you can adapt, and tons of training and helps. I haven't found myself using customer support, but from what I've seen their customer support is excellent. Overall, you are not just paying for some software, but someone that will help you get results.
