I actually had a very poor sales… I actually had a very poor sales experience with this company. The sales person in particular is what really turned me off. If it weren't for other professionals I know in the space using the software, I definitely would not have signed up. That said, once your in the community support is great. Tech is quite a bit challenging to use, but after it's set up it does work

I can't say enough positive about these… I can't say enough positive about these guys. I put in a request for a new pipeline and messenger script for a challenge I was running. Within 2 days, they had an entire custom SOP built out for my VA to follow, and we had an entire coaching call walking through it all! I wish I could share the process they created for me here, because it's so simple, so effective, so casual sounding, and I could've never created anything even close to this by myself! Honestly, these guys are the REAL DEAL!!!! Nothing else like this on the market!

Not that good… Unfortunately to be able to actually try the software you have to purchase the first month. After making my purchase I quickly realized that it wasn’t for me so I essentially wasted $250. I thought that it was just a little bit too clunky to use in my opinion. Too many right clicks, left clicks, copies, pasted, etc… It just wasn’t what I was expecting.

I recommend Flowchat! Flowchat itself has been awesome; it's a great CRM. However, what puts this CRM above and beyond is its founders, especially Sean Malone. Not only have they created a top notch cold outreach CRM that is specifically designed for it, but they've created coaching, a series of amazing templates you can adapt, and tons of training and helps. I haven't found myself using customer support, but from what I've seen their customer support is excellent. Overall, you are not just paying for some software, but someone that will help you get results.
