USI recommend Flowchat! Flowchat itself has been awesome; it's a great CRM. However, what puts this CRM above and beyond is its founders, especially Sean Malone. Not only have they created a top notch cold outreach CRM that is specifically designed for it, but they've created coaching, a series of amazing templates you can adapt, and tons of training and helps. I haven't found myself using customer support, but from what I've seen their customer support is excellent. Overall, you are not just paying for some software, but someone that will help you get results.

ROImpressive tool, great results This is an impressive tool, a must have for anyone doing prospecting and outreach, either solo or as part of a team. I loved it so much that I told all my friends about it and once they saw what it does they loved it too. The support is brilliant, they helped every time I had a question and implemented feature requests in a matter of minutes sometimes.
