GBSmall businesses should look elsewhere. Been with them for over 10 years and the upgrades they did have been a complete nightmare. User interface is confusing and all tech support is routed to another country. I don't mind the changes however users should have their systems updated rather than us having to call in and be told to read a how to guide on the website. If you're a small business looking for a virtual phone service look elsewhere.

MJ got right to the heart of what I had done incorrectly, and got me straightened out. I was up and running again in minutes.
