I am happy that I switched my business to VirtualPBX, we save money, and have better features. I would recommend VirtualPBX to anyone.

GBGreat systems, great value, and awesome support! I love my systems! I have both an old vConsole plan and one of their new and improved Dash plans - both are rock solid and the support is always amazing. I am also happy they expanded their support hours to 7am-7pm and 7days a week so I can call in for little questions when I have time.

GBSmall businesses should look elsewhere. Been with them for over 10 years and the upgrades they did have been a complete nightmare. User interface is confusing and all tech support is routed to another country. I don't mind the changes however users should have their systems updated rather than us having to call in and be told to read a how to guide on the website. If you're a small business looking for a virtual phone service look elsewhere.

ITRip off company I tried using this company service and it was absolutely horrible. I signed up for the service but then they started charging me for text messages that I had included. I tried to reach out to them to rectify the situation, but it took months to try and get a hold of anybody to deal with it. Then, after, finally getting a hold of them, I had to schedule a voice call immediately or else they cut off my service for not paying the charges that were wrongfully put on my account, stay away from this horrible company.

GBI've been with them for about one year… I've been with them for about one year now. Onboarding - The individuals training during the onboarding did a great job. They are available for your calls and friendly. Help - I've contacted them via the phone or website chat and their help team was available rather quickly and addressed my concerns immediately. If it is an on going issue/resolution, they have a follow up team. I purchased a PA-system type speaker to work in my warehouse. I called for help, they gave me a document to flow that worked perfectly. When I bought a second one slightly different it wasn't working. I provided them with the error code and the tech fixed the problem within 5 minutes -- something to do with codex. I would recommend this company to anyone. It does help to have some knowledge as they cannot do everything for you -- but they do try their best.
