GBGreat Support! Today was only the 2nd time in over 10 years that I've needed to contact Support, and they do not disappoint. MJ got right to the heart of what I had done incorrectly, and got me straightened out. I was up and running again in minutes. ITRip off company I tried using this company service and it was absolutely horrible. I signed up for the service but then they started charging me for text messages that I had included. I tried to reach out to them to rectify the situation, but it took months to try and get a hold of anybody to deal with it. Then, after, finally getting a hold of them, I had to schedule a voice call immediately or else they cut off my service for not paying the charges that were wrongfully put on my account, stay away from this horrible company.

GBDavid was so helpful and knowledgeable… David was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding our issues with our new phone system. The problem has been fixed and he will be checking back with me to make sure it does not reoccur.
