I have both an old vConsole plan and one of their new and improved Dash plans - both are rock solid and the support is always amazing. I am also happy they expanded their support hours to 7am-7pm and 7days a week so I can call in for little questions when I have time.

GBI've been with them for about one year… I've been with them for about one year now. Onboarding - The individuals training during the onboarding did a great job. They are available for your calls and friendly. Help - I've contacted them via the phone or website chat and their help team was available rather quickly and addressed my concerns immediately. If it is an on going issue/resolution, they have a follow up team. I purchased a PA-system type speaker to work in my warehouse. I called for help, they gave me a document to flow that worked perfectly. When I bought a second one slightly different it wasn't working. I provided them with the error code and the tech fixed the problem within 5 minutes -- something to do with codex. I would recommend this company to anyone. It does help to have some knowledge as they cannot do everything for you -- but they do try their best.
