MJ got right to the heart of what I had done incorrectly, and got me straightened out. I was up and running again in minutes. GBGreat systems, great value, and awesome support! I love my systems! I have both an old vConsole plan and one of their new and improved Dash plans - both are rock solid and the support is always amazing. I am also happy they expanded their support hours to 7am-7pm and 7days a week so I can call in for little questions when I have time.

GBAbove and Beyond Upon hearing that I valued a certain feature that only existed on the vconsole platform, VPBX took it upon themselves to switch me over and oversaw all the configurations. I didn't have to do any and I didn't lose any downtime or calls. Thank you VPBX

GBSmall businesses should look elsewhere. Been with them for over 10 years and the upgrades they did have been a complete nightmare. User interface is confusing and all tech support is routed to another country. I don't mind the changes however users should have their systems updated rather than us having to call in and be told to read a how to guide on the website. If you're a small business looking for a virtual phone service look elsewhere.
