The interface, which was poor, has become much easier, and the instructions much better. We've reached out to customer service a half dozen times over the years, most recently just a week ago. They've been fast, courteous, and correct. Not only "would we recommend the firm," we do.

GBGreat systems, great value, and awesome support! I love my systems! I have both an old vConsole plan and one of their new and improved Dash plans - both are rock solid and the support is always amazing. I am also happy they expanded their support hours to 7am-7pm and 7days a week so I can call in for little questions when I have time.

GBAbove and Beyond Upon hearing that I valued a certain feature that only existed on the vconsole platform, VPBX took it upon themselves to switch me over and oversaw all the configurations. I didn't have to do any and I didn't lose any downtime or calls. Thank you VPBX

ITRip off company I tried using this company service and it was absolutely horrible. I signed up for the service but then they started charging me for text messages that I had included. I tried to reach out to them to rectify the situation, but it took months to try and get a hold of anybody to deal with it. Then, after, finally getting a hold of them, I had to schedule a voice call immediately or else they cut off my service for not paying the charges that were wrongfully put on my account, stay away from this horrible company.

GBBest VoIP business phone service of 2022 I used to use Ring Central and a few other. Since cruising around the service portal and seeing how great things are placed for easy use out is outstanding.
