Rip off company I tried using this company service and it was absolutely horrible. I signed up for the service but then they started charging me for text messages that I had included. I tried to reach out to them to rectify the situation, but it took months to try and get a hold of anybody to deal with it. Then, after, finally getting a hold of them, I had to schedule a voice call immediately or else they cut off my service for not paying the charges that were wrongfully put on my account, stay away from this horrible company.

We've been with the firm for four … We've been with the firm for four years. The technology works as it should. The interface, which was poor, has become much easier, and the instructions much better. We've reached out to customer service a half dozen times over the years, most recently just a week ago. They've been fast, courteous, and correct. Not only "would we recommend the firm," we do.
