GBSmall businesses should look elsewhere. Been with them for over 10 years and the upgrades they did have been a complete nightmare. User interface is confusing and all tech support is routed to another country. I don't mind the changes however users should have their systems updated rather than us having to call in and be told to read a how to guide on the website. If you're a small business looking for a virtual phone service look elsewhere.

The interface, which was poor, has become much easier, and the instructions much better. We've reached out to customer service a half dozen times over the years, most recently just a week ago.
