GBGreat systems, great value, and awesome support! I love my systems! I have both an old vConsole plan and one of their new and improved Dash plans - both are rock solid and the support is always amazing. I am also happy they expanded their support hours to 7am-7pm and 7days a week so I can call in for little questions when I have time.

GBSmall businesses should look elsewhere. Been with them for over 10 years and the upgrades they did have been a complete nightmare. User interface is confusing and all tech support is routed to another country. I don't mind the changes however users should have their systems updated rather than us having to call in and be told to read a how to guide on the website. If you're a small business looking for a virtual phone service look elsewhere.

GBVirtualPBX has made setting up my… VirtualPBX has made setting up my account very easy, and having 24/7 support I can have many of my issues resolved in a matter of minutes. I am happy that I switched my business to VirtualPBX, we save money, and have better features. I would recommend VirtualPBX to anyone.
