GBGreat Support! Today was only the 2nd time in over 10 years that I've needed to contact Support, and they do not disappoint. MJ got right to the heart of what I had done incorrectly, and got me straightened out. I was up and running again in minutes. GBI've been with them for about one year… I've been with them for about one year now. Onboarding - The individuals training during the onboarding did a great job. They are available for your calls and friendly. Help - I've contacted them via the phone or website chat and their help team was available rather quickly and addressed my concerns immediately. If it is an on going issue/resolution, they have a follow up team. I purchased a PA-system type speaker to work in my warehouse. I called for help, they gave me a document to flow that worked perfectly. When I bought a second one slightly different it wasn't working. I provided them with the error code and the tech fixed the problem within 5 minutes -- something to do with codex. I would recommend this company to anyone. It does help to have some knowledge as they cannot do everything for you -- but they do try their best.
