GBGreat Support! Today was only the 2nd time in over 10 years that I've needed to contact Support, and they do not disappoint. MJ got right to the heart of what I had done incorrectly, and got me straightened out. I was up and running again in minutes. I truly appreciate the level of service provided by Virtual PBX Support, and especially MJ!

GBSmall businesses should look elsewhere. Been with them for over 10 years and the upgrades they did have been a complete nightmare. User interface is confusing and all tech support is routed to another country. I don't mind the changes however users should have their systems updated rather than us having to call in and be told to read a how to guide on the website. If you're a small business looking for a virtual phone service look elsewhere.
