Easy to use Really easy to use website for sending out letters for my company!

So easy to use So easy to use! We regularly send out campaigns to over 1,000 clients and it's great that we can connect using the API to automatically trigger reminders. It's easy to monitor performance and track mail using the reporting dashboard. We send both letters and postcards. Thanks to our account manager for their personal help.

I can't even begin to explain how poor… I can't even begin to explain how poor Stannp's service is. I sent out a campaign to 4,100 recipients at great expense and they sold the service as saying the recipients would have the letters within a week. Fast forward 2 MONTHS later, recipients are only just getting the letter now AND the letter now contains outdated offers as it was a limited time sale campaign. I would not recommend using this service, there are others out there that may not be software-driven but with a more personal touch than Stannp who refuse to help when contacted about the delivery issues. Edit: On the 26th of September your response was: "Thank you for updating me. Unfortunately I have no further information than the below. It is frustrating for us also but it is down to Royal Mail for the final step" No attempt was ever made to resolve the issue, and I was just given the same unhelpful "royal mail is to blame" whilst YOUR dashboard tracking *still* says all mail pieces were delivered which is evidently not true but yes I'm the liar.

I had great difficulty do a campaign… I had great difficulty do a campaign due to my terrible technical skills on computers. I reached out using the messaging system and Nico helped me in anyway that he was permitted to do so. I am so grateful for all the help that he has given me.
