Very unimpressed with the customer… Very unimpressed with the customer service here. I signed up for this service and found out that my company policy was that I was not able to utilize the service so I called back within hours of signing up to cancel and was told I would be reimbursed the $28 but never was and still to this day they will not reimburse me. Bad business model. I will never use this company.

I have been dealing with this issue for… I have been dealing with this issue for about a month now. No one had given me an answer (which I still don't have), but I had been told several times that it was the issue of our customer. Today, Tyler asked questions that had not been asked, but then she did not blame our customer for the issue. That was something I definitely appreciated. With her assistance we may get an answer. Great job, Tyler!
