GBVery unimpressed with the customer… Very unimpressed with the customer service here. I signed up for this service and found out that my company policy was that I was not able to utilize the service so I called back within hours of signing up to cancel and was told I would be reimbursed the $28 but never was and still to this day they will not reimburse me. Bad business model. I will never use this company.

ESIt is impossible to cancel sub It is impossible to cancel sub, they removed button in my account (manage plans, it was before but disappeared).There is only information contact us. You cant do this through chat because they dont have access to account. So you have to wait no body knows how long to get respond. I was trying to contact but no answer and now they will charge me for next month. Great way to do some extra money.

CAGlitchy and Slow Easy to use, but slow and glitchy. 1. When I save, and then preview, it shows me the updated section with old placeholder text. You have to exit and save several times for it to update with the new text. 2. The screen and cursor bounce around when you're trying to highlight text. 3. In the Spreadsheet, typing lags and transposes characters. 4. Very slow to upload photos. 5. Sometimes unable to move text/photo side by side. It chooses several text boxes instead of one. Overall a very frustrating experience. It probably takes me 2x more time to do the job. I'm looking for other software... Not worth my time.

GBI have been dealing with this issue for… I have been dealing with this issue for about a month now. No one had given me an answer (which I still don't have), but I had been told several times that it was the issue of our customer. Today, Tyler asked questions that had not been asked, but then she did not blame our customer for the issue. That was something I definitely appreciated. With her assistance we may get an answer.
