She could win Support Person of the Year in my book. Deja was very knowledgeable and explained each step very well. Super friendly and personable and she definitely knew her stuff.... Thank you for hiring good people! I talk to a lot of various tech support in many industries and capacities and Deja sits above most. Her knowledge, patience and friendly countenance stood out to me. I have no problem with accents but I will say it's the first time in a long time, that I spoke with an obvious native-english speaker. It made the conversation go very quickly.

What bothers me most about Constant Contact is its inconsistency. What bothers me most about Constant Contact is its inconsistency. Sometimes it's fine... if you have templates you can get the job done fast and efficiently. Other times, which are totally unpredictable, it is as slow as molasses, unresponsive to attempted edits and doesn't save those edits once you've (finally) been able to make them. Frustrating doesn't begin to describe the experience. I would not choose this as a marketing tool if I were to start over.

It is impossible to cancel sub It is impossible to cancel sub, they removed button in my account (manage plans, it was before but disappeared).There is only information contact us. You cant do this through chat because they dont have access to account. So you have to wait no body knows how long to get respond. I was trying to contact but no answer and now they will charge me for next month. Great way to do some extra money.
