I have been dealing with this issue for… I have been dealing with this issue for about a month now. No one had given me an answer (which I still don't have), but I had been told several times that it was the issue of our customer. Today, Tyler asked questions that had not been asked, but then she did not blame our customer for the issue. That was something I definitely appreciated. With her assistance we may get an answer. Teri did an amazing job Teri did an amazing job! We quickly got down to my specific issue on an email template and consulted additional support. Those folks created a duplicate of the template which is where we realized a particular hard code limitation in this template. She offered a few solutions to me so I could make the best choice.
