USVery unimpressed with the customer… Very unimpressed with the customer service here. I signed up for this service and found out that my company policy was that I was not able to utilize the service so I called back within hours of signing up to cancel and was told I would be reimbursed the $28 but never was and still to this day they will not reimburse me. Bad business model. I will never use this company.

CAGlitchy and Slow Easy to use, but slow and glitchy. 1. When I save, and then preview, it shows me the updated section with old placeholder text. You have to exit and save several times for it to update with the new text. 2. The screen and cursor bounce around when you're trying to highlight text. 3. In the Spreadsheet, typing lags and transposes characters. 4. Very slow to upload photos. 5. Sometimes unable to move text/photo side by side. It chooses several text boxes instead of one. Overall a very frustrating experience. It probably takes me 2x more time to do the job. I'm looking for other software... Not worth my time.

USTeri did an amazing job Teri did an amazing job! We quickly got down to my specific issue on an email template and consulted additional support. Those folks created a duplicate of the template which is where we realized a particular hard code limitation in this template. She offered a few solutions to me so I could make the best choice.

USShe could win Support Person of the Year in my book. Deja was very knowledgeable and explained each step very well. Super friendly and personable and she definitely knew her stuff.... Thank you for hiring good people! I talk to a lot of various tech support in many industries and capacities and Deja sits above most. Her knowledge, patience and friendly countenance stood out to me. I have no problem with accents but I will say it's the first time in a long time, that I spoke with an obvious native-english speaker. It made the conversation go very quickly.
