GBI have been dealing with this issue for… I have been dealing with this issue for about a month now. No one had given me an answer (which I still don't have), but I had been told several times that it was the issue of our customer. Today, Tyler asked questions that had not been asked, but then she did not blame our customer for the issue. That was something I definitely appreciated. With her assistance we may get an answer. GBWhat bothers me most about Constant Contact is its inconsistency. What bothers me most about Constant Contact is its inconsistency. Sometimes it's fine... if you have templates you can get the job done fast and efficiently. Other times, which are totally unpredictable, it is as slow as molasses, unresponsive to attempted edits and doesn't save those edits once you've (finally) been able to make them. Frustrating doesn't begin to describe the experience. I would not choose this as a marketing tool if I were to start over.

GBTeri did an amazing job Teri did an amazing job! We quickly got down to my specific issue on an email template and consulted additional support. Those folks created a duplicate of the template which is where we realized a particular hard code limitation in this template. She offered a few solutions to me so I could make the best choice.
