GBWhat bothers me most about Constant Contact is its inconsistency. What bothers me most about Constant Contact is its inconsistency. Sometimes it's fine... if you have templates you can get the job done fast and efficiently. Other times, which are totally unpredictable, it is as slow as molasses, unresponsive to attempted edits and doesn't save those edits once you've (finally) been able to make them. Frustrating doesn't begin to describe the experience. I would not choose this as a marketing tool if I were to start over.

GBShe could win Support Person of the Year in my book. Deja was very knowledgeable and explained each step very well. Super friendly and personable and she definitely knew her stuff.... Thank you for hiring good people! I talk to a lot of various tech support in many industries and capacities and Deja sits above most. Her knowledge, patience and friendly countenance stood out to me. I have no problem with accents but I will say it's the first time in a long time, that I spoke with an obvious native-english speaker. It made the conversation go very quickly.

GBI have been dealing with this issue for… I have been dealing with this issue for about a month now. No one had given me an answer (which I still don't have), but I had been told several times that it was the issue of our customer. Today, Tyler asked questions that had not been asked, but then she did not blame our customer for the issue. That was something I definitely appreciated. With her assistance we may get an answer. Great job, Tyler!
