Thank you for hiring good people! I talk to a lot of various tech support in many industries and capacities and Deja sits above most. Her knowledge, patience and friendly countenance stood out to me. I have no problem with accents but I will say it's the first time in a long time, that I spoke with an obvious native-english speaker. It made the conversation go very quickly.
