GBShe could win Support Person of the Year in my book. Deja was very knowledgeable and explained each step very well. Super friendly and personable and she definitely knew her stuff.... Thank you for hiring good people! I talk to a lot of various tech support in many industries and capacities and Deja sits above most. Her knowledge, patience and friendly countenance stood out to me. I have no problem with accents but I will say it's the first time in a long time, that I spoke with an obvious native-english speaker. It made the conversation go very quickly.

GBWhat bothers me most about Constant Contact is its inconsistency. What bothers me most about Constant Contact is its inconsistency. Sometimes it's fine... if you have templates you can get the job done fast and efficiently. Other times, which are totally unpredictable, it is as slow as molasses, unresponsive to attempted edits and doesn't save those edits once you've (finally) been able to make them. Frustrating doesn't begin to describe the experience. I would not choose this as a marketing tool if I were to start over.

CAGlitchy and Slow Easy to use, but slow and glitchy. 1. When I save, and then preview, it shows me the updated section with old placeholder text. You have to exit and save several times for it to update with the new text. 2. The screen and cursor bounce around when you're trying to highlight text. 3. In the Spreadsheet, typing lags and transposes characters. 4. Very slow to upload photos. 5. Sometimes unable to move text/photo side by side. It chooses several text boxes instead of one. Overall a very frustrating experience. It probably takes me 2x more time to do the job. I'm looking for other software... Not worth my time.
