GBVery unimpressed with the customer… Very unimpressed with the customer service here. I signed up for this service and found out that my company policy was that I was not able to utilize the service so I called back within hours of signing up to cancel and was told I would be reimbursed the $28 but never was and still to this day they will not reimburse me. Bad business model. I will never use this company.

GBShe could win Support Person of the Year in my book. Deja was very knowledgeable and explained each step very well. Super friendly and personable and she definitely knew her stuff.... Thank you for hiring good people! I talk to a lot of various tech support in many industries and capacities and Deja sits above most. Her knowledge, patience and friendly countenance stood out to me. I have no problem with accents but I will say it's the first time in a long time, that I spoke with an obvious native-english speaker. It made the conversation go very quickly.
