APS are Professional & Punctual APS are Professional & Punctual I signed up with APS on 14th June 2023 and within a month they have published my book three versions i.e. eBook, paperBack & hardCover with Amazon, BN and Noble and Ingram. They have also published the print books at Lulu. My project was assigned to Harry Brooks and he was available most of the time to respond to my questions and to forward any corrections to his team.

My team--Zach, Amy & Walter! My team--Zack, Amy, Walter, Melvyn & other unnamed folks--were professional, knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. They patiently responded to my many questions and offered helpful suggestions. Any glitches we experienced (few) were all part of the process and were handled quickly and satisfactorily. I've worked with them since fall 2022 and my book was published April 11, 2023. I highly recommend them!

Did Not Deliver as Promised The Book Publishing Solutions was previously named Amazon Publishing Solutions, whose website has been taken down. The company address is a mail drop and all of their employees speak only broken English. I paid them $4,000 and contracted with them to launch 3 of my books on Amazon over 1 and a half years ago and they have only completed 2 of the 3, I have made over 20 calls to them; each time they tell me someone new is "in charge" and that they will get back to me.
