Did Not Deliver as Promised The Book Publishing Solutions was previously named Amazon Publishing Solutions, whose website has been taken down. The company address is a mail drop and all of their employees speak only broken English. I paid them $4,000 and contracted with them to launch 3 of my books on Amazon over 1 and a half years ago and they have only completed 2 of the 3, I have made over 20 calls to them; each time they tell me someone new is "in charge" and that they will get back to me.
