First time publishing and greatly appreciate my APS team. I have been working with APS since January, and have successfully published one book with them. After publishing, I purchased a marketing plan, and have been working most recently with Walter Luger, Project Manager. Not only has Walter been providing me with valuable information on publishing and marketing strategies, he has been VERY accessible, both by email and phone to discuss any concerns I have. With so many options and choices, it is important to have someone who takes time to understand your individual situation. Walter and his team have done just that. While we have a ways to go (and more projects coming), I have faith in Walter, his team, and APS.

He was patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. My manuscript was excepted for publication by two other publishers; however, the cost was almost triple what Amazon cost. Sometimes there were delays but they always worked out to my advantage and I am grateful for them.
