They patiently responded to my many questions and offered helpful suggestions. Any glitches we experienced (few) were all part of the process and were handled quickly and satisfactorily. I've worked with them since fall 2022 and my book was published April 11, 2023. I highly recommend them!

THIS COMPANY DOESN'T DELIVER AS PROMISED Amazon Publishing Solutions doesn't deliver as promised. I hired them and paid in advance for a website design, publicity on social media platforms, press releases for a book I'd written. They asked for the full text of my book, and asked detailed questions about what I wanted the website to look like. It seemed as if they knew what they were doing. But after 2 months, I didn't even have the website. Their initial design effort looked nothing like the design I asked for. Instead of bright colors, they used fairly drab ones. Instead of outdoor scenes for the photography, they used pictures of bookshelves. They never showed that they had even skimmed the book to understand the setting, which would have helped with the design. Nor did they produce any publicity content. And when I asked repeated questions about what they were doing, they didn't reply. I've demanded a refund of the $2499 fee but have not received it. This company wasted my time, cost me the fee and potential book sales.

Amazon Publishing Solutions has been… Amazon Publishing Solutions has been fantastic to work with. They quickly converted my book to an ebook format and did all the work to publish on Amazon. I worked with Samuel and he was totally professional in his response, answered my emails quickly and was clear in his communication. It was great to work with them and I'm delighted in my final product. The price was great, the turnaround to receive my product was fast, and the payment procedure was simple. I’m a very happy customer!

Deadlines not met, promises not kept 10 Months after The Book Publishing Solutions (formerly known as Amazon Publishing Sollutions) accepted my advance payment of $4,000, my order for 75 books is still not complete. The company was a half dozen books short of fulfillining my order, and the boxes I did receive were shipped after long delays and without packing slips. When I left messages to resolve the situation my calls were not returned, and most recently my calls are disconnected. The editing was very poor and I ended up having to edit my own book. I do not recommend them.

Amazing Team I love Amazon Publishing Solutions so much. My team has spent hours working with me to help my books be successful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for publishing. Walter has been a trooper and supportive through my entire experience.
