USNo hand holding, but great help. This is an excellent service. It does require you to know a bit about what you're doing (I wouldn't recommend it for novices), but for the techies out there, it's pretty much perfect. I've had a great experience getting support, but as a fellow dev, I use the right forum (as instructed on the website), and try to include the details I would need to debug the situation myself. Worth it.

FRTech tool for tech people, by tech people We have been using the service for several years now. The setup is easy and powerful, and the price is very low. We have encountered several bugs, sometimes quite annoying. Support has not always been responsive, but they are human and they understand our issues and always find a solution. Great value for the price, and having customized documentation adds a very nice touch to the usage. Go ForwardEmail!

USLet's Encrypt of Email They're doing exactly what they advertise. The only problem is their documentation can be cryptic, but it's cheaper than the service i was already using and also does more. Feels like the email version of Let's Encrypt, to be honest.

CAGreat service with many features and great support. I have been using Forward Email for years and have about 10 domains now. The feature set is amazing whether you just need straight up email forwarding or deep technical integrations, it is all here. I rarely have support issues, but when I do they get handled quickly and professionally.

USNot working for the last week or so [fixed!] [Review updated due to response below. Original: 2 stars; Update: 4 stars] For the last week or so, it looks like ForwardEmail.Net's email servers are on some sort of blacklist. They aren't getting through to AOL recipients (as well as Gmail or Yahoo!?). Up to this point, the service has worked flawlessly. But now, it does not do what I pay it to do: Forward Email. I sent a Help Request on 4/10 & received an acknowledgement, but nothing since.
