We have encountered several bugs, sometimes quite annoying. Support has not always been responsive, but they are human and they understand our issues and always find a solution. They have very bad customer service They have very bad customer service. Because they are angry for some reason I don't know they canceled a service I was subscribed to without any warning or warning message. (outbound SMTP) They also do not respond to messages until after several days. They also have hidden terms and services that are not what they say in their documentation. Let's Encrypt of Email They're doing exactly what they advertise. The only problem is their documentation can be cryptic, but it's cheaper than the service i was already using and also does more. Feels like the email version of Let's Encrypt, to be honest.
