Powerful but difficult to use and maintain Engaging Networks is a powerful platform but there are limitations. Support is limited and you're on your own if you need technical assistance. Reporting is complex, manual, and difficult.

Everything a nonprofit needs! I used Engaging Networks in 2018 when I worked for Ocean Conservancy. The tool was easy to use, provided everything we needed and they were always releasing new products. Support was always responsive and helpful. As a previous client, I'd definitely recommend it for any nonprofit that needs excellent fundraising and advocacy tools.

Engaging Networks is a must have! Engaging Networks is a must have for advocacy and fundraising - they provide everything you need out of the box, whilst also allowing for customisation. The staff are all super friendly and helpful too!

Best combination of features and support I use Engaging Networks everyday on behalf of nonprofit clients. I've used many such platforms and EN is the easiest to use, the most intuitive, the most open to user feedback and recommendations, and the easiest to talk to directly. No platform is perfect, but I believe EN has the best combination of features and support and I recommend EN regularly.
