Not worth the effort anymore Since the launch of the website everything changed for the worse. You can barely get anything anymore unless you want to pay for the items that have an out of pocket expense plus tax. I am not usually one to write reviews but I feel its necessary to show the true reality of what is going on for alot of us. I can no longer recommend this site.

Elite Rebate brings kids and health items to… Elite Rebate brings many new items to my attention. In the past I bought several products for my grandsons, now I focus more on supplements for myself. They have a help message button on the web site which I used when I had some price confusion. If there is a time zone difference they replied within a business day. Net price has always been excellent.

Favorite Rebate Site I use multiple sites to try free products and Elite Rebate is my favorite. I buy hundreds of dollars worth of products (literally) every week, and receive reimbursement the following Friday. I started using ER two years ago and this year things really amped up with more and varied products, system updates to keep better track of payments, and the online chat feature to name a few. I’ve received tons of products for my family and friends, and donations to those in need. I love this site.

I used to love this site but its not worth it anymore I used to love this site, but unfortunately it has taken a turn for the worse in many ways. They are unresponsive when issues arise, which impacts payments being paid on time. To the tune of a few thousand dollars. They do not care to cure issues, your account will just be deactivated.

Great Customer Service & Very Nice Products This is the most prompt & trustworthy rebate company I have ever worked with. The customer service is quick at responding if you need help with anything. The products that I've received through them are all nice and the rebates are VERY FAST! The rebates do not require any type of action by me other than buying the product and filling out my purchase information; just as if I were doing one through the mail; except much easier. Glad I found this group!
