Not Great To begin with, extensions are shipped from China which I did not anticipate the given.ca web address. I thought I was buying from a Canadian company. The extensions took a month arrive- at which point all the events I needed them for had passed. Once I did receive them, the color did not look the same. When I asked for a refund, they stopped responding to my emails. Once I posted a bad review, they responded offering a refund, but did not take accountability. Its just bad customer service all around.

Just as described on the site, a perfect match for my hair! Overall good experience. I ordered 9PC 22 INCH clip in extensions in shade #16, on the 7th of January 2023. They arrived 19th of January 2023, so within the promised 10 business days (for Australia, NSW). The extension arrived neatly packed, the perfect colour, and felt like Remy hair. The extensions match my hair colour and texture perfectly. Would recommended, also at their affordable price point.

Purchased 34 inch hair extensions Purchased 34 inch hair extensions. Received 30 inch hair extensions labelled as 34 inches. They refused to send correct item or refund. They ignored my messages so I had to take out paypal case against them. PayPal refunded my money as they would not. I had to pay for return postage. Extremely unprofessional.
