GBCustomer service & refund policy Normally I don’t have a problem with hair and its quality, however I contacted them a few months ago regarding some bad quality hair and they wouldn’t replace or give a refund. The customer had only had the hair in 5 weeks and it had all snapped off. That shouldn’t happen in 5 weeks. They need to change their refund policy if a customer has evidence of bad quality or damaged hair

CNRealty happy with the hairextensions These extensions are perfect if you have thin and fine hair. Usually mine had an issue with slipping but these are excellent! I can even grab on to them in a ponytail. The installation is so easy, just use the clips to clip them on your actual hair, you will get a full and thick hair. The clips are also very durable. Highly recommend.

CAI have been buying hair from Market… I have been buying hair from Market hair extensions for about 15yrs I have always loved the quality and quantity of hair I have received. I have used tape in, fusion glue tips, micro loop and presently using nano beads. Fully recommend the re hair.

CAWARNING. CAUTION using this company. Awful experience so far. Phone calls are relegated to leaving voice mails. No return calls have been. Issued forth for 6 days AFTER the initial 10 wait days for purchase arrival. Often times voicemail option is even cut off and ended. Customer service is reprehensible. Skirting your questions and concerns with platitudes of ' well check with our warehouse, should be soon, we encourage you to track your order at the link here ( and the tracking is messy, non sensical- for example. My order is sitting in Canada at a warehouse waiting for customs clearance for 5 days. Yet tracking states right below that it will then be sent to China ....four other destinations that are not discernable. Yet my order cake from India. Destination Canada. Makes no sense). It been 4 days of chatting online ( no help whatsoever. Feel like I'm talking to a wall). Then when the very brief automated response confirmed my order number and tracking number.....she states the wrong order, the wrong number of bags, wrong length and wrong color! Giving anyone who's thinking to order from Market Hair Extensions just my CURRENT personal experience. As things sit now. I've stated if the hair, correct color, Remi, correct length and correct amount of bags are not in my hands tmrw. That I want a refund initiated and all the details I need as to when my money will be back in my account. My last note was that for as long as they take to either have the hair in my hands tmrw OR providing me detailed info and confirmation that my refund is initiatedm I will have my assistants posting our experiences on all platforms, threads, reviews.....that will be updated as to the conclusion of this disastrous company. Of course there are more details. Of which will be shared in further reviews. For now....if you don't have hours to be trying to understand, figure out, wait, or mitigate what are actually very easily remedied questions and conclusions.....keep searching for another company. One that's efficient, quality hair, quality service, prompt and accessible feedback, customer service. Will keep you updated as to what this company does tmrw. Update: I offered the courtesy to this company to act in good faith to either fulfill the correct order or to refund me. We can see their public reply which is more communication than I've recieved from them in two weeks time of making 2 phone calls and using their chats...which prompted no no specifics. So this is a start. What the readers might appreciate knowing is I also recieved behind the scenes after their reply to us here.... via email "LEGAL documents"threatening me. We shall see what Monday brings.
