Do not buy Do. It buy from here. I ordered hair for express shipping for my wedding to find out it will not be here for 2 weeks when I contacted customer service I was told I would be compensated and would be emailed I have received neither and will be returning the hair when it does eventually show up. The customer service team just ignore and stop answering the live chat BAD SERVICE

Fast and satisfied with my new look. My micro loop extentions were a dream to install myself, the hair quality was worth the price and the little wait for delivery. Not Great To begin with, extensions are shipped from China which I did not anticipate the given.ca web address. I thought I was buying from a Canadian company. The extensions took a month arrive- at which point all the events I needed them for had passed. Once I did receive them, the color did not look the same. When I asked for a refund, they stopped responding to my emails. Once I posted a bad review, they responded offering a refund, but did not take accountability. Its just bad customer service all around.
