Loving the extensions I've been getting I order quite frequently since discovering the website, they are much more affordable than ones you find on Amazon. Better quality also. I purchase 24 inch black extensions and sometimes some blonde ones for some added colour. I've bought about 5 or 6 packs now since finding them and will keep purchasing. They don't have a strong coloured smell like other brands, they are much nicer quality than all others I have found. Very happy with them

Need a refund? Good Luck! Trying to get a refund as the hair I ordered is the wrong colour. Only to be met by threats of deducting fees from my return (even though I need to pay for the postage as well which is fine, but no need for a fee deduction) feels like they purposefully reply in a super delayed manner, some days no response at all. It's taken 6 days for them to accept a return (with this deduction for NO reason) they are complete robbing cowboys. NEVER ordering again. Will be sharing on my Instagram fanbase of 500k followers to also share to never order from these people.

Purchased 34 inch hair extensions Purchased 34 inch hair extensions. Received 30 inch hair extensions labelled as 34 inches. They refused to send correct item or refund. They ignored my messages so I had to take out paypal case against them. PayPal refunded my money as they would not. I had to pay for return postage. Extremely unprofessional. Not Great To begin with, extensions are shipped from China which I did not anticipate the given.ca web address. I thought I was buying from a Canadian company. The extensions took a month arrive- at which point all the events I needed them for had passed. Once I did receive them, the color did not look the same. When I asked for a refund, they stopped responding to my emails. Once I posted a bad review, they responded offering a refund, but did not take accountability. Its just bad customer service all around.

Absolute rubbish company Absolute rubbish company! I paid for express delivery over £15 last last Friday 2-3 day delivery and still haven’t received my order! Emails are not answered and now started another attempt at a chat and was told I’ll be refunded £5! My client has been waiting it’s been stressful! I have never known such a disfunctional company!!! I will never use them again!!!!!
