Need a refund? Good Luck! Trying to get a refund as the hair I ordered is the wrong colour. Only to be met by threats of deducting fees from my return (even though I need to pay for the postage as well which is fine, but no need for a fee deduction) feels like they purposefully reply in a super delayed manner, some days no response at all. It's taken 6 days for them to accept a return (with this deduction for NO reason) they are complete robbing cowboys. NEVER ordering again. Will be sharing on my Instagram fanbase of 500k followers to also share to never order from these people.

They arrived 19th of January 2023, so within the promised 10 business days (for Australia, NSW). The extension arrived neatly packed, the perfect colour, and felt like Remy hair. Realty happy with the hairextensions These extensions are perfect if you have thin and fine hair. Usually mine had an issue with slipping but these are excellent! I can even grab on to them in a ponytail. The installation is so easy, just use the clips to clip them on your actual hair, you will get a full and thick hair. The clips are also very durable. Highly recommend.
