GBI have been a loyal customer for quite… I have been a loyal customer for quite some time. This last order I have yet to receive as well as no estimated date when it will arrive, I'm very disappointed because I never had to go through this before. I hope that this can be taken care of and that I can remain a loyal customer.

GBGreat Customer Service Hands down the best customer service I've experienced in a LONG time. Far too often companies are nonchalant or even rude to customers when they have questions about their order. I was confused about the timeline for delivery on an order I placed and Elevate Styles answered my questions promptly and with professionalism. I will most definitely be ordering from them from now on!

DEThey took longer than promised They took longer than promised. If you need your hair fast don’t order. 1 wig looked totally different then ordert… They don’t ship the item’s right away or one day after the order like every other company!
