BERe-routing success Shipping to Europe means high import charges. Had to reject the delivery as import duties were double the product price. Tribal Chimp were kind and did an efficient job re-shipping it to my sister in the U.S. We’ll have to wait to use it but appreciate the great customer service.

GBNot great Small package half filled. Very expensive for the amount you get, and the product isn't great either as it just seems to settle over time leaving flat hair no matter how it's initially styled

DEVery disappointed experience I am waiting for weeks to get my delivery. First one didn‘t arrive at all. The second one seems to be disappeared somewhere. Such a situation in 2024 is fully inappropriate and unacceptable at all.

GBUseless product Useless product. A white powder which makes hair looks grey/white! The only way to get rid of the white/grey was to add water which defeats the purpose. It doesn’t even do what it’s supposed to. It had no positive effect on styling my hair.
