GBIf I can give it negative zero stars I… If I can give it negative zero stars I will. My mistake was not reading reviews on here before I placed order. Placed order on 23 March. I emailed them on 28 March to find out when my order will be shipped. I got an email response to say it will be shipped on 29 March. Nothing happened so I emailed on 2 April for tracking details and got a response to say that there was a problem with UPS which is a lie. I emailed on 3 April for a refund as they just lying. I got a response on 4 April to say there is a delay in shipment and I can wait or refund. I asked for a refund in my email on 3 April and 5 April and now they not responding to my emails. AVOID AT ALL COST, they just scamming people. I WANT MY REFUND. Stop trading if you can’t fulfil orders.

GBConstantly lists items as in stock when they clearly don't have them... Extremely frustrating that they list items in stock when they clearly don't have them. It took over a month for me to receive an order that I placed and I had to keep chasing them down for order updates. They kept telling me that the order would ship out on a certain date and those dates came and went several times. Will look for a different site to order hair items from in the future.

CAAt first when I had ordered the package… At first when I had ordered the package I did not receive any information and after reading the reviews was concerned. It turns out that they had responded to me, sent me an invoice, and gave me a tracker number on my other account. I guess by mistake I might've signed up with my e-mail. Anyways, even though it took awhile for it to arrive, it did! The wig is in great condition, beautifully packaged, and grateful for the prompt response!

GBPriority Mail not honored I requested and paid for Priority Mail Express 1-Day on Thursday, 8 June. Even after waiting 24-48 hours for processing, the product should have been received no later than 13 June (given the weekend). However, I did not receive my product until 14 June. I requested a reimbursement for the difference in shipping cost since I did not receive the order according to the 1-day privilege. After several emails, I was told on 13 June that the issue was being raised to management for the partial refund. I have not heard anything since that time.

GBI was expecting to wait a long time… I was expecting to wait a long time but it wasn't I got everything I ordered and was surprised they actually had mayde hair because no other store on line had it and at a very good price one beauty will now be my go to weave place I was very satisfied. Also they made me feel welcomed and appreciated with a email I spend a lot of money online for hair but never felt welcome for my business. Thanks keep up the good work I will be ordering again and again.
