USCrooks and liars I placed an order November 21 2023 and Monday November 27 they called me say it's on back order. Big liars and it's Tuesday November 28 and still no update. They gave me a fake as tracking number, which I called USPS and they told me it didn't exist. Y'all can play with their asses but I am to every social media informing people that they are crooks. If I don't get my money back I am going to the local news station on them and have the better business bureau know what they are doing to people!!!

USConstantly lists items as in stock when they clearly don't have them... Extremely frustrating that they list items in stock when they clearly don't have them. It took over a month for me to receive an order that I placed and I had to keep chasing them down for order updates. They kept telling me that the order would ship out on a certain date and those dates came and went several times. Will look for a different site to order hair items from in the future.

SCDurable| Will Purchase Again The quality of wigs makes for a durable wig that can lasts for months. It simply requires using a flat iron after months of wear. I usually purchase the "Bang Blunt 18 in Destiny Premium Realistic Fiber Full Wig", color 1B. My last purchase I ordered color P1B30. I love the color. However, I used priority shipping, and the product arrived the same time as the regular shipping option. I also noticed that the color P1B30 is a bit fluffy and doesn't respond as well even with the use of a flat iron. I hardly wear this newly purchased wig and resort to the color 1B, that I have been using for more than 6 months. I will continue shopping at One Beauty World; however, I will think twice about using priority shipping.

USPriority Mail not honored I requested and paid for Priority Mail Express 1-Day on Thursday, 8 June. Even after waiting 24-48 hours for processing, the product should have been received no later than 13 June (given the weekend). However, I did not receive my product until 14 June. I requested a reimbursement for the difference in shipping cost since I did not receive the order according to the 1-day privilege. After several emails, I was told on 13 June that the issue was being raised to management for the partial refund. I have not heard anything since that time.
